With Mental Illness affecting 1 in 5 Australians, and workplace stress being the second highest stress for professionals, Isobel is extremely passionate about Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace.
As an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor, her goal is to reduce stigma around Mental Health and support businesses in educating their teams to reduce workplace stress, build resilience and learn techniques to support their own mental wellbeing.
Isobel offers private and public Mental Health First Aid Courses as well as Wellbeing programs to support individuals and teams.
